Taught myself a new technique of Inlay Mosaic Crochet this weekend, thanks to the clear instructions of @tlyarncrafts and her YouTube tutorials; and decided to make me a cushion cover! Loved this technique so much that I’m going to design a few now and put out a range of cushion covers and bags soon. Watch this space!

Combining #crochet with #quilting, and you get a fab Star Block Crochet Blanket made for a very special baby! Stitching has never been a skill I’ve been able to master, but my mum’s amazing at it, and I’ve watched her quilt over the years really wanting to create one myself. So I decided to take a block I love and crochet it instead..! My first self-designed pattern, and I love the way it turned out! I used Hayfield’s Bonus Aran in shades of Moon, Lake Blue, Dusky Pink, Cornflower, Oyster Pink, Mahogany and Blue Charcoal from @utopia_crafts_uk and all my yarn came from @woolboxyarns.
